1Introduction

Mintry ("we", "us", or "our") is a digital ticketing platform operated by BLAQclouds, Inc., a Nevada corporation (OTC: BCDS). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Mintry platform and services (the "Service").

2Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Wallet Address

When you authenticate via SIWE (Sign-In with Ethereum) or connect a Web3 wallet, we associate your wallet address with your account. This is the primary identifier for your account.

Email (Optional)

If you log in using email magic link or social SSO (Google/Apple), we receive your email address to send you the magic link or verify your identity. Email is not required when using SIWE.

Embedded Wallet Keys

For email and SSO users, we generate an embedded wallet and encrypt the private key using AES-256-GCM with a server-side master key. The encrypted key is stored in our database. We never store unencrypted private keys.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including events browsed, tickets purchased, and marketplace activity.

Device and Browser Information

We automatically collect technical information including browser type, operating system, and device type.

3How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• ▸Provide, operate, and maintain the ticketing service
• ▸Process ticket purchases and marketplace transactions
• ▸Generate QR codes for event check-in
• ▸Send service-related notifications (purchase confirmations, event reminders)
• ▸Detect and prevent fraud, counterfeit tickets, and prohibited conduct
• ▸Comply with legal obligations

4Email Communications (100% Transactional)

Every email Mintry sends is transactional — it is triggered by an action you take on your account or an order you place. We send:

• ▸Order confirmations — sent when your purchase completes
• ▸Receipts — proof of purchase for your records
• ▸Ticket delivery — your digital pass and its QR code
• ▸Sign-in links — the magic link you request to access your account
• ▸Account security notices — required for account safety and recovery

We do not send marketing email, newsletters, or promotional offers, and we never sell or share our email list. Service emails arrive from noreply@mintry.io; human support writes from support@mintry.io. If any email you receive concerns you, contact us at support@mintry.io.

5Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share information only with the following third parties:

• ▸Stripe — payment processing for ticket purchases
• ▸Mail Server (mail.apolloxpress.io) — sending magic link emails
• ▸Google/Apple — OAuth verification for social SSO
• ▸Law Enforcement — when required by law or to prevent fraud

6Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures:

• ✓AES-256-GCM Encryption — embedded wallet private keys are encrypted at rest
• ✓HTTPS — all data in transit is encrypted using TLS
• ✓HMAC-Signed Magic Links — one-time use, 15-minute expiry
• ✓JWT Authentication — 7-day expiry, HS256-signed

7Your Rights

• ▸Access — request a copy of your data
• ▸Export — export your private key and seed phrase from your Profile page (Security tab)
• ▸Delete — request deletion of your account data
• ▸Opt-Out — opt out of non-essential communications

8Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
